  • IDEALLY,  have a Journeyman ticket in Truck and Trailer (On Road) 
  • IDEALLY, have a minimum 5 years experience managing a Heavy Duty shop (front and back end)
  • MUST have some experience with light/medium duty trucks and automotive
  • MUST have the heavy/medium duty trucking industry
  • MUST have experience managing 10-20 people
  • MUST be motivated to obtain or exceed the financial goals of the business
  • MUST have experience formulating annual and monthly business plan, sales/profit objectives and expense budgets with department manager which are in accordance with Company’s objectives
  • MUST have the ability to communicate within and between various departments and functional areas within the branch
  • BE COMMITTED TO, developing and training department managers and reviews and appraises their performance
  • BE COMMITTED TO, promoting  safe work habits and ensures that safety rules are followed
  • BE COMMITTED TO, monitoring  operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies or government regulations
  • NO criminal record
  • MUST be willing to undergo a criminal record check

  • Expect to Earn:  $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 or more based on experience (all salary)
  • Two weeks vacation after your first year
