General Sales Manager – Motor Sports / Power Sports Dealer, Fruitvale, BC (AGH)

Location: Fruitvale, BC
Job Type: Full-time
Expect to earn: between $75,000.00 and $100,000 / year (negotiable)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead a sales team at a high-performing Motor Sports / Power Sports dealership. As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales operation, driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for Power Sports, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of success in sales management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in the Power Sports, Automotive, or related industry.
  • Deep understanding and passion for Power Sports products, including ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
