  • Automotive General Manager of multiple dealerships
  • Automotive Dealer Principal
  • Oversee and mentor all Sales, Service, Parts, and Body Shop Managers
  • Oversee Marketing, Human Resources and Business Development Departments
  • New and Used Vehicle Inventory Management
  • Ensure monthly sales and financial objectives are met
  • Review financial expenses and profits with Finance; analyze trends for each store and discuss actions and opportunities with the Owner monthly
  • Prepare monthly summary reports describing actions that must be taken or next month for all stores
  • Present the monthly and year-to-date financial results
  • Recruit, train, supervise and assist, where necessary, stores’ management teams
  • MUST: Have 10 plus years in Senior Management (Automotive)
  • MUST: Have completed a University Degree 
  • MUST: Demonstrate their ability to manage multi-store dealership operations
  • MUST: Have the ability to read and interrupt Financial Statements and Balance sheets
  • MUST: Have the ability to forecast financial goals for each quarter to ensure profitability
  • MUST: Demonstrate their ability to follow through in completion of tasks and projects
  • MUST: Demonstrate their ability to lead and motivate others
  • MUST: Have a valid drivers’ license
  • MUST: Provide a criminal background check
  • Salary will be tailored to the candidate’s experience 
  • Two weeks’ vacation after the first year (negotiable)
  • Benefits after 90 Days (negotiable)
