Pay:  Negotiable (Base plus)

Role Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE MIN Automotive Sales or commission sales or finance
  • NICE TO HAVE  MIN: strong understanding of car financing options (loans/leases) and credit ajudication
  • MUST HAVE sharp attention to detail (critical)
  • MUST HAVE high level of communication skills with the ability to communicate to customers, management, and colleagues
  • MUST HAVE the ability to work from the office (this is not a home based position)
  • MUST HAVE the ability to speak perfect English. 

Responsibilities:

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle

  • Understand customer preferences, needs, and budgets to recommend the ideal vehicle options

  • Provide detailed information on vehicles, including features, pricing, and availability

  • Work with customers to assess their credit and offer financing solutions, such as loans and leases

  • Walk customers through the finance application process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth approval, funding, and completion of sales

  • Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and down payment options

  • Offer exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and providing guidance throughout the process

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system

  • Meet and exceed sales and finance goals

  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, financing options, and industry trends
