Automotive Sales Manager, North East, B.C. (AHF)

Requirements:
  • MUST: Be willing to relocate to North East BC if not living in the Region
  • MUST: Be willing to undergo any medical exam or required quarantine of 14 days (with pay), if deemed necessary by the local health authority
  • MUST: Have minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience
  • MUST: Be comfortable leading and training staff
  • MUST: Be willing to work 6 days a week
  • MUST: Be professional
  • MUST: Be willing to meet, or exceed, all benchmarks as set by senior management
  • MUST: Greet all internal customers promptly and provide timely professional service
  • MUST: Have an approachable style; which, fosters open communication through active listening
  • MUST: Have experience working with 3rdparty vendors
  • PREFERENCE: Given to those working in an Auto Dealer Setting
  • PREFERENCE: Given to those with at least 5 years Automotive Sales Management  experience
  • STRONG INTEGRITY REQUIRED
Pay:
  • Expect to earn between $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 (Negotiable) w 3 month guarantee
  • Two weeks’ vacation after the first year (negotiable)
  • Benefits after 90 Days (negotiable)
  • Relocation assistance is available (in the form of a loan)
