Our Client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Saskatoon dealership.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the team, supporting sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, developing employees, and building a profitable business.
We are looking for an experienced leader from the automotive, commercial vehicle, truck, bus, equipment, fleet, or dealership industry who enjoys being hands-on and knows how to build a strong team.

Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Saskatoon branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and support the dealership team
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies
- Support the sales team in growing revenue and developing new business
- Manage dealership operations, service, profitability, and financial performance
- Monitor sales, gross profit, expenses, inventory, and overall branch performance
- Recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain strong employees
- Set clear performance goals and hold the team accountable for results
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and commercial accounts
- Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- Oversee vehicle inventory and operational efficiency
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities
- Improve the overall customer experience
- Represent Our Client professionally throughout Saskatchewan
- Demonstrate respect for customers, suppliers, and employees
Your Experience
- Management experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, equipment, fleet, or a related dealership environment
- Strong understanding of dealership operations
- Experience with vehicle and/or parts sales
- Understanding of gross profit, expenses, inventory, and financial performance
- Proven leadership and team-building experience
- Track record of growing sales and developing new business
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable setting strategy while remaining involved in day-to-day operations
- Entrepreneurial and growth-focused mindset
- High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
