Title: Automotive Journeyman Technician or 3rd yr Apprentices and higher
Employment: Permanent, Full-time
 

Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently and within deadlines
  • Identify and recommend additional repair or maintenance opportunities (upselling where appropriate)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Keep Stellantis training current (monthly and annual requirements)
  • Work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and parts staff
  • Ensure all repair orders and documentation are accurate and complete

Requirements
  • Automotive Journeyman / Red Seal Certification
  • Own tools required to perform common repair jobs
  • Strong team-oriented mindset
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools

Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Shop is open Monday to Saturday
  • Rotating schedule:
    • One week: Monday to Saturday
    • Next week: Tuesday to Friday
  • Provides two consecutive days off for work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
  • Flat rate starting at $45/hour
  • Full benefits after 3-month probation (extended health, vacation, etc.)
Performance Incentives:
  • $250 weekly bonus for highest billed hours
Monthly Bonus (Level 1):
  • Earn up to +$3/hour on all hours worked by achieving:
    • 100 hours by mid-month
    • Full efficiency (avg. 8 hrs/day)
    • 200+ hours in the month
Production Bonus (Level 2):
  • 210+ hours → $50/hour
  • 230+ hours → $55/hour
  • 250+ hours → $60/hour
