We are currently looking for an experienced Autobody Estimator to join our clients’ busy and growing collision centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and understands both repair processes and insurance procedures.

- $28/hour to $32/hour (based on experience)

- Supportive team environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Write estimates using industry software (Mitchell, Audatex, CCC ONE, etc.)
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
- Manage repair timelines and follow-up with clients
- Review supplements and ensure accuracy of final billing
- Coordinate parts ordering and job scheduling
- Maintain strong customer service throughout the repair process
- Experience as an Autobody Estimator or Collision Advisor
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and parts
- Experience working with insurance companies and claims
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using estimating software
- I-CAR certification (asset, not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Dealership or DRP experience
- Previous autobody technician background
- Strong understanding of repair vs replace decision making
