We are looking for a Powersports Parts & Parts Sales Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for powersports and the outdoors. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent experience.

We are looking for a Powersports Parts & Parts Sales Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for powersports and the outdoors. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent experience.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Provide knowledgeable advice on parts, accessories, and upgrades
- Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering solutions
- Support customers after the sale with questions and troubleshooting
- Identify parts using manuals, supplier systems, and online tools
- Provide OEM and aftermarket options
- Process orders, special orders, and backorders accurately
- Work with technicians to ensure parts are available for repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Receive, organize, and track parts and shipments
- Complete paperwork and keep records up to date
- Promote parts, accessories, and service products
- Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges
- Prepare quotes and basic reports
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a parts role (automotive or powersports preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organization and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and DMS software
- Interest in powersports and outdoor lifestyle
- Valid driver’s license
- Competitive salary: Base $68,000 / year plus commissions
- Expect to earn $90,000/year or more (based on performance)
