Coordinate vehicle detailing, PDI, accessories, and staging
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, accuracy, and readiness
Review due bills, work orders, and contracts for accuracy
Book delivery appointments with customers
Explain the delivery process and set expectations
Provide updates on vehicle status and resolve scheduling issues
Deliver a professional, brand-positive customer experience
Complete full vehicle feature demonstrations, including:
Infotainment and Bluetooth
Apple CarPlay / Android Auto
Safety systems and driver aids
Drive modes, climate controls, and navigation
Review warranty, service intervals, and roadside assistance
Ensure customers feel confident and informed at delivery
Prepare delivery packages, plates, keys, manuals, and accessories
Complete delivery checklists and customer sign-offs
Update CRM and delivery records accurately
Track delivery activity and assist with reporting
Support post-delivery follow-ups to confirm satisfaction
Address delivery-related concerns and escalate when required
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Detailing teams
Communicate delivery status and resolve issues quickly
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes
On-time delivery rate
Delivery quality and customer survey scores
Accuracy of documentation and CRM updates
Customer satisfaction feedback
Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
Strong communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with automotive technology
Basic CRM or dealership system experience (asset)

$2,000 base salary per month
$50 per completed vehicle delivery
Paid from the Brand Concierge / Account Executive commission
Total earnings vary based on delivery volume and performance
