Ensure the team meets performance standards and follows dealership values.
Provide coaching, training, and accountability.
Oversee all financing and insurance processes for vehicle purchases.
Work with lenders and underwriters to secure approvals.
Ensure all loan origination activities meet regulatory requirements.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable (CITs).
Ensure deals are funded accurately and on time.
Maintain healthy cash flow for the dealership.
Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and accounting regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness.
Drive revenue growth and meet F&I performance targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies.
Lead the team in executing process improvements and sales initiatives.
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI): Measures customer experience with the finance department.
Finance Penetration Rate: Percentage of customers financing through the dealership.
Loan Approval Rate: Percentage of finance applications approved.
Average Finance Time: Time required to complete the full finance process.
Product Sales per Finance Contract: Average number of F&I products sold per deal.
Independent Contractor compensation—variable commission plan.
