Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct department/person.

• Provide accurate dealership information to customers.

• Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.

• Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer-waiting area.

• Support other departments as needed (events, marketing, basic research).

• Customer Satisfaction Score (CSI): Quality of customer interactions.

• First Call Resolution Rate: % of calls resolved without follow-up.

• Average Wait Time: Time customers wait before being assisted.

• Call Abandonment Rate: % of callers who hang up before reaching receptionist.

• Administrative Task Completion Rate: Accuracy and timeliness of assigned tasks.
