Automotive Internet Sales Manager, Langley, BC

Location: Langley, BC
Job Type: Sub-contractor
Expect to earn: $80,000 to $250,000 / year
 
The ideal candidate must have automotive sales experience. Either as a former Sales Consultant, or Internet Sales Coordinator/Specialist

Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE, deep understanding of automotive sales

  • MUST HAVE, superior telephony skills

  • MUST HAVE, a positive and upbeat personality ​​​​​​

  • MUST, be willing to work on a sub-contracting basis

Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity for an experienced car sales professional to step into a growth-focused leadership role

  • Manage and respond to all internet leads with speed and accuracy

  • Track and achieve KPIs; monitor lead performance metrics

  • Distribute leads effectively to the sales team and ensure follow-up execution

  • Book appointments and conduct timely follow-ups with prospects

  • Build and refine automations to streamline lead handling and sales processes

  • Use data-driven, analytical thinking to improve efficiency and conversion rates

  • Bring proven experience in automotive sales and a deep understanding of sales funnels

  • Thrive in a high-energy, positive team culture

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative attitude

  • Compensation is tied to overall store performance—ideal for team players who value collective wins

  • Must be highly organized, transparent, and proactive in shaping and owning the role
