Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE MIN, 3-5 years Automotive Rental Experience
- MUST HAVE, Class 5 drivers; license with a clean driving record
- MUST LIVE or relocate to Lower Mainland to maintain 2-3 locations
- MUST HAVE, exceptional communication and computer skills
- NICE TO HAVE, experience using Rentworks Management System
Responsibilities:
- Guide and oversee rental locations to ensure consistent operations across the region
- Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Create and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Set goals and track performance, supporting branch managers in meeting targets
- Oversee daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and rental procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Make sure branches have enough vehicles and staff to meet customer needs
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure consistent service recovery
- Work with rental clerks to apply best practices in customer service
- Manage fleet distribution and vehicle availability to meet demand efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep vehicles safe, clean, and ready
- Optimize use of resources like fuel and servicing while maintaining service quality
- Assist branches with hiring, training, and retaining qualified staff
- Identify ways to improve processes and boost efficiency and service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and unified operations
- Keep up with industry trends and apply relevant improvements
