- On Road Technician
- Heavy-Duty Journeyman Technnician
- Heavy Duty Technician (on or off-road)
The Position:
- PREFER: Heavy-Duty Journeyman Technician (on road) or 3rd year apprentice
- OPTIONAL: Journeyman Technician (on or Off-road) or 3rd year apprentice with brand experience
- BRAND EXPERIENCE: New Holland or CASE IH or John Deere or Caterpillar or Kubota or AGCO
- Determine extent of repair required
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance
- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
- Service attachments and working tools
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Ability to read and write to keep daily records including maintenance reports and documentation
- Stress & time management skills
- Must have your own tools
The Pay:
- Straight Time shop starting at $50/hour (Negotiable)
- Non-ticketed Techs are also welcome to apply BUT must have the brand experience (see above)
- Three weeks paid vacation after your first year
- Benefits after 90 days of employment
