  • MUST: Organized and knows how to keep the shop looking presentable
  • MUST:  Adhere to TOP QUALITY requirements
  • MUST:  Work as a team member
  • MUST: Have a valid driver's licence
  • HAVE THE ABILITY: Review damage reports
  • MUST: Manage your daily work load
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE to Replace front end components body components, doors and frame and underbody components
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of File, grind and final sanding, masking, color mixing and tinting, spray booth operations, applying primers, sealers, colour, and clear coats
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of, Color matching and mixing of paint to vehicle specs
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of how to Inspect painted units for runs, sags, and unpainted areas
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Weld replacement parts
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Apply primers and repaint surfaces
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE of Repair or replace interior components
  • Willingness to relocate is a plus
  • Pay ranges between $25.00/hour and $32.00/hour (straight-time)
  • Flexible Shifts 
  • Housing available onsite
  • Benefits (After 90 days)
  • 2 weeks vacation after 1st year
  • Relocation Loans can be provided
